Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe general terms for access to and use of the jNode Platform and the public website at jnode.app. The jNode Platform is provided by SGA Tech LLC. If a separate written agreement applies to a customer environment, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

Use of the Platform

The jNode Platform is intended for authorized business use by customers, evaluators, and users permitted by SGA Tech LLC or by a customer organization. You are responsible for using the platform in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies, and any agreement governing your access.

Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You may not share access, bypass security controls, interfere with platform operation, or attempt to access systems, data, or environments that you are not authorized to use.

Customer Data and Network Information

Customer environments may include sensitive network configuration, DNS, NAT, routing, appliance, telemetry, and operational data. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of data they provide or connect to the jNode Platform.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to violate laws, compromise security, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, conduct unauthorized scanning or access, or misuse third-party systems. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the platform, customers, or other users.

Intellectual Property

SGA Tech LLC retains ownership of the jNode Platform, website, software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly permitted by SGA Tech LLC or an applicable written agreement.

Service Changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the public website or platform over time. Production customer commitments, if any, are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Disclaimers

The public website and any non-production, evaluation, preview, or informational materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGA Tech LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGA Tech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or platform. Any liability terms in a separate written customer agreement control for that customer.
